Don't Drink Your Milk!
Why this statement merge is because there are some limitation on our body to process other kind of milk beside of breast milk (see my last article "Cow milk have a bad effect"). Health cow milk can turn into allergens and carcinogen substance through a modern feeding methods that substitute of high protein, soy based feeds for fresh green grass and breeding methods to produce cows with abnormally large pituitary glands so that they produce three times more milk than the normal old fashioned scrub cow.
The cow milk through pasteurization process before drink by us to avoid many bacteria that contaminate in the milk, actually many valuable enzymes are destroyed like lactase for assimilation of lactose; galactose for assimilation of galactose; phosphatase for assimilation of calcium. Many dozens of other precious enzymes also destroy in pasteurization process. Without this, cow milk will difficult to digest. Human pancreas is not always able to produce these kind of enzymes, over stress of the pancreas can lead to diabetes and other diseases.
Other Factors
As an observer, milk and refined sugar make two of the largest contributions to food induced ill health. That may seem like an overly harsh statement, but when one examines the evidence, this is a reasonable conclusion. The recent approval by the FDA of the use of BGH (Bovine Growth Hormone) by dairy farmers to increase their milk production only worsens the already sad picture.
