Milk of Magnesia
Milk of magnesia is a milky solution, use for medicinal application as antacid and a hydrating laxative. The solution is white like milk so named like that. Milk of magnesia also known as magnesium hydroxide with the chemical formula Mg(OH)2. This substance will work within 6 hours if you drink this make your feces easily out. If you have constipation problem, you can drink this milk but should know a real dose that adjusted by the age and body weight.
