Do We Need Drink Milk

For many people don’t like to drink milk, but many food adviser often ask for you to drink milk in order you have good health. The reason from expert or parent tell us drink milk because its contain of bone building calcium and other nutrients. I myself don’t like to drink milk because I can’t stand with the milk smell, especially for cow milk. So should I drink milk?

The good news is you can get these same nutrients from other dairy products, like yogurt or cheese. Calcium and other nutrients can get from many source like sea food and other diary, you can substitute of milk with this food. But we should watch out from certain food like ice cream that as milk derivative food can contain high fat and sugar. Regular cheese, including cream cheese, is high in fat and saturated fats. Saturated fats can raise blood cholesterol levels and increase your risk for heart disease.

Our body need for calcium and nutrient can get from natural food better than from fabricated food like cheese or cream ice. Vegetable food better than meat or fish but sometime just contain fewer of nutrient. So milk is just additional food that contains many nutrient inside, if you don’t like milk, you can get from other food.
